Most orders ship the same day if ordered by 2 PM EST M-F. Some orders ship in 3-5 days. Custom orders may take 3-4 weeks. We offer free standard ground shipping to the lower 48 states. We can quote you a price for expedited shipping. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii email us for shipping rates. We do not ship to Canada, FPO, or APO. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We do not except returns after 30 days. If you are returning a product we must recieve it back in unused resellable form. All returns must be in the original packaging. Also, I recommend insuring the package in case of damage upon return. You must get an RGA # before returning the product. Send us an e-mail with your order # and/or name address and zip code and the product you are returning and we will e-mail you a RGA #. Any return without this number is subject to a 20% restock fee. You are responsible to ship the item back we will credit you back less original shipping cost. Items weighing less than 3 lbs will be shipped USPS. Shipping charges are not refundable. Some manufacturers charge a restock fee. Custom and personalized orders are NON-RETURNABLE. If you recieve a damaged item e-mail immediately within 48 hours of receiving item, we will advise you of further instructions. We use Fedex for our shipping.

We do not accept returns on gas heaters or gas fire pits, make sure you select the proper fuel source.
